Eagles Communication Consultancy ("ECC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. 01 Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's collected automatically when you browse the site.

02 How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
  • To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it
  • To meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.

03 Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. See our full Cookie Policy for the complete list.

04 When we share information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the site (e.g. Google Analytics, our hosting provider) — bound by their own data protection obligations
  • Legal authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05 How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period after, for our records. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.

06 Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw cookie consent at any time

To exercise any of these, email webmaster@ECC.ae. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you're in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom (GDPR): the rights above are guaranteed to you under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we haven't handled your data properly.

If you're in the United Arab Emirates (UAE PDPL): the rights above are guaranteed to you under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We process personal data on the legal bases recognised under the PDPL — your consent, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating this website. You may also raise concerns with the UAE Data Office if you believe we haven't met our obligations under the PDPL.

07 Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
